There are some good restaurants worth trying too, within walking distance from the villa, as are the famous Babylon Beach Club and Nikki Beach and watersports at the nearby Cala Pada.

Located a short walk away from the town of Santa Eulalia, complete with its shops, vast choice of restaurants, Marina, promenade, and cosmopolitan pavement cafes and bars. There is also a local Bus Station here and ferry terminal, for getting to other parts of the island, and Formentera the neighbouring island by boat, and even an open-air train which runs between Es Cana and Santa Eulalia.
A walk in the other direction from the villa will take you alongside the shore on the coastal path to the picturesque bays of Niu BLau and Cala Pada ( the latter from where you can catch a small ferry to Santa Eulalia), the upbeat Nikki Beach, excellent beach bars and restaurants, and a little further on the family holiday resort of Es Cana.
Ibiza town is a 20 minute drive away from Santa Eulalia.

This building has its own pretty courtyard entrance. All bedrooms have either ensuite bathrooms leading off them, or their own use of a bathroom next to the bedroom door. All bathrooms enjoy walkin showers, washbasins and WC.

The whole property must be rented for any July and/ or August dates. Any properties not rented during your stay, (off peak season) are locked and never rented out to other parties.

Cleaning is included Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Towels changed midweek and Saturday, when all bedding is also changed. Extra hours can be easily organised by the Housekeeper if required, at a small supplement as can any extra services to complement your holiday experience, as advertised on our Home Page. As this villa is so well equipped for any season and weather, longer lets in low / off season are possible, consult us for your price!
The property is rentable from 1400 hrs on the rental start date, until 1000 hrs on your departure day. This is necessary to permit the cleaning, maintenance and preparation of the property and outdoor areas, ready for the next guests.
We will always do our very best, wherever possible, to accommodate you earlier if your flight lands in the morning, even if only to leave luggage etc at the property and return later when the villa is ready.
All bedding and towels are provided for your use, and the property is cleaned ready for your arrival. A departure cleaning charge of 300 euros should be added to your stay price, regardless of the duration length .
