Cleaning of the property and grounds ( pool, flowers and plants watered) is included for your arrival and departure days, and midstay if staying longer than one week. Extra can be arranged on request, as can any of our extra services shown on our Home Page.
The property is rentable from 1600 hrs on the rental start date, until 1000 hrs on your departure day. This is necessary to permit the cleaning, maintenance and preparation of the property and outdoor areas, ready for the next guests.
We will always do our very best, wherever possible, to accommodate you earlier if your flight lands in the morning, even if only to leave luggage etc at the property and return later when the villa is ready.
All bedding and towels are provided for your use, and the property is cleaned ready for your arrival and on departure, (and mid stay if staying for two weeks).
