Unless stated otherwise, all our Terms and Conditions  stated below will herein apply to all contracts made by us, ibizavillas4u.com. 

Once we have confirmed availability and the price to you for your requested dates, a 50% deposit  of the rental cost is required to secure your booking, unless a lower figure is agreed ( advance bookings etc.)  You , the customer, in paying the said  deposit, are  therein confirming the contract and agreeing to   accepting our Terms and Conditions.

The outstanding balance is then due no later than 30 days before travel. Should your booking be within this time, full payment is required to guarantee the booking.

Some properties have different arrangements for the balance payment ; should this be the case with the property of your choice this will be advised to you at the time of booking.

No property is booked until the deposit payment is confirmed as received by the company , and a confirmation invoice is sent to you, which is then considered  as a binding contract .

No bookings are accepted from any person under the age of 18. We reserve the right to refuse any booking without stating a reason. 

The property is bookable according to the size stated on the website. Occasionally it is possible to add on an extra person or two if extra beds can be used; this is usually stated on the property description and must be stated at the time of booking or before travel and agreed with the property owner. If the maximum capacity is exceeded without prior permission or notification, the Property Owner and / or ourselves reserve the right to charge you for the extra person (s) proportionately.

All properties are rented fully furnished and equipped, and the price quoted to you includes all utilities usable during your stay; for example gas, electricity, water, bedding and towels inside the property.

Cots and high chairs are available at all properties; please state at the time of booking, so these details can be added. The first cot and high chair is free of any charges ; any subsequent  ones pre-booked with us are charged at 50 euros per stay per cot, and 25 euros per stay per high chair.

Please note at all properties a security deposit is required by the owner on handing over the keys to you for your use. This is standard practice to protect the owner handing over their possessions to you, against any possible damage or breakages. This is usually payable in cash, and will be stated to you before travel. On your departure, the owner will check the property and its contents, and providing the property is left in a reasonable state ready for the cleaners to enter, with no damages or breakages, the security deposit will be returned to you. Larger properties may request  credit  or debit card details as guarantee.

You, the customer, are responsible, along with any of your guests, for any damages caused during your stay, inside the property or in the grounds.

Should we in the unlikely event  be required to alter or cancel your booking at a property, we will advise you immediately, and try to arrange an alternative of the same or higher standard as that booked. If this is not acceptable to you, all monies paid will be refunded to you.

Should you  need to cancel your property booked or change your dates, we can refund you any monies paid once another booking for your dates has been confirmed, minus a £300 ( or equivalent in Euros on that day) Administration charge. If we cannot rebook the property for the same dates then the deposit will be withheld. We would of course try our very best  for you to rebook the property , and introduce any special offers possible close to the travel dates also.

If during your stay, there is an interruption in the supply  of utilities by third parties due to technical faults,  ( for example Electricity, Water, Internet etc.) or adverse weather conditions, albeit locally or at the property , which affects your holiday, neither we nor the Property Owner will be held liable for any inconvenience caused nor will any monies be refunded. We will, on notification of said occurrences, contact any necessary third parties to learn of the cause and estimated time of repair and advise you, and do our very best to assist in the fastest and most efficient way of remedial action.

The Property Owner or person (s) acting on their behalf, will be allowed access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay for any inspection or maintenance work necessary. You will be advised beforehand of this for your own security, as you will also of any property staff visits ( for example gardener, pool cleaner, cleaning staff etc) .

The customer must provide adequate Holiday Insurance. Neither ibizavillas4u.com nor the Property Owner will be held responsible for any loss/damage/theft of personal possessions or injury. If security measures are in place at the property you are requested to use them.

Reasonable behaviour and comportment are expected at all of our properties. Should this trust be breached, disturbances made, and/or serious damages be caused through lack of care, and/or  police or authorities be called out to the property,  ibizavillas4u.com reserve the right to evict your party from the property , no payments  or reimbursements issued, and  we will consider your contract with us terminated. No further accommodation will be offered .
